I am so pleased with your service. We have had windows with broken seals for years, and now they look brand new again. Did not have to replace the entire window , just the glass. Your service was great, timely, easy to work with, professional, and I am very pleased with the end result. The windows look great! Thank you James and Jayce for doing such a great job!

They did a great job. Kristen, who answered the phone, was very friendly and helpful. Mario did a great job fixing our window. He is very precessional and friendly. I will definitely use them again.

It was time to repair and/or replace the window screens on our homes windows. I first contacted The Glass Guru through their website. I received a very prompt response from them. They said to come by the store which we did. After speaking with them we decided to replace all of the screens with new frames. They quoted a price, we made a deposit and they ordered the new screens. I received an email when they were delivered to the store. Mario came out to check our broken window. He was very professional and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and gave us all options for our job. We ordered our glass and are waiting for the install. Our experience has been great with this company and would recommend them.

Although it took a lot longer for my window to come in, when it finally did, it looks great! Mario and Jayce did an amazing job of installing and making sure that everything was just perfect.

Mario and Jayce did a fantastic job , they were very polite . Also they took there time to measure for my shower glass to make sure it was right . I appreciate the great job they did

Bobby did a great job. We will have to take some showers before we know how it turned out, though. We also may replace the tile floor 'pan', in which case Bobby may need to come back. So we will see what happens with the tile work and let you know.
