I am so pleased with your service. We have had windows with broken seals for years, and now they look brand new again. Did not have to replace the entire window , just the glass. It was time to repair and/or replace the window screens on our homes windows. I first contacted The Glass Guru through their website. I received a very prompt response from them. They said to come by the store which we did. After speaking with them we decided to replace all of the screens with new frames. They quoted a price, we made a deposit and they ordered the new screens. I received an email when they were delivered to the store. Mario came out to check our broken window. He was very professional and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and gave us all options for our job. We ordered our glass and are waiting for the install. Our experience has been great with this company and would recommend them.
