I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mother was sent to Grace Living Center in Bethany (now known as the Grand) for skilled nursing following a stroke, which caused a severe vision impairment. From what she told me (since I couldn't visit), meal trays were simply placed in front of her, with no guidance as to where things were located on the plate. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident This place is the pits. I have a friend there now for 1 week and 75% of her clothes and personal items have completely disappeared. They usually have 1 person there all night. People lay in there soiled clothes and sheets. They at times disobey doctors orders. They were bathing her and at shift change they just walked away. She said; "HEY" they said shift change gotta go & left her as she was. If you're looking for a home--Keep looking. They don't/won't care... read more
