The experience was top notch. Even though my daughter and I were late for her appointment they still seen her. The fact that I get to talk to the doctor afterwards makes it even more impressive

They do xrays every six months which is not recommended nor covered by insurance. They are pushing revenue with unneeded procedures.

The overall experience was good. The part I HATE is not going back with my son to see him have his teeth cleaned. He's only 4 and that's a little early to just in trust a stranger to take my son in a random room with random people.

My kids said they felt rush out. Also I wish your office in general would try some more environmentally sustainable practices. Plastic tooth brushes and floss are NOT recyclable. Also handing every kid a bag (filled with non recyclable items)that probably will NOT get recycled is a bad practice. There are many earth friendlier ways to do this! Bamboo toothbrushes and bio-degradable bags would be a good start!

I wouldn’t have been so upset but he origainally had a 11 apt with his ortho and I was worried we was going to be late. He’s been going there since he was 2 and I don’t remember waiting that long. I felt I was rude and I’m sorry if it sound that way I was just a little worried about being late to the ortho. I’m sorry just wanted to tell the truth. Have a good day. I hope in October ... read more
