My daughter had a great first experience! This place is definitely kid-centered with lots of toys for distraction and tricks to getting the cleaning done quickly. I *would* like to see them mix up the pink and blue toothbrushes in the same bin, though--my daughter prefers blue and is really into bicycles, cars and trucks right now, not princesses.
