First of all, Amanda explained things to me in an honest and clear way so I felt like I could make the decision to go with the Hendricks team with confidence that they had my best interest at heart. Secondly, Nicole handled everything with the same attitude. Both ladies communicated everything clearly and kindly and was patient and encouraging of my questions and concerns. The whole team works together to get your loan together and pushed through in time to close. Always great communication each step of the way, and available after "normal" business hours if needed. Would absolutely call them again!
