We never got to meet the team because of COVID, however I felt every comfortable with them. Emailing back and forth made it easy and convenient for me and my husband. My husband and I had different work schedules but including everyone on the emails made it for us to stay on the same page. As busy as I know they are during these times, I never felt left behind. The whole process was great.
