Scott was very personable and understood our goals completely. We were pre-qualified quickly, and Scott gave us options that made our transition much easier. Both Jennifer and Amy were kind and knowledgeable, and walked us through the process (which can be excruciating) with calming expertise. Every member of the team was responsive, and we never got the feeling of disconnect which can come through many businesses. We are so glad we chose the Hendrick team for our mortgage!
