I was recommended to Jim by a close friend. My son was purchasing his first house and working through the process with Jim was wonderful. It wasn't easy as my son is self employed and we had to come up with all kinds of documentation to prove his annual income. Jim told us exactly what we needed and after getting all the information for Jim the loan went through. It was a pleasure working with him and would recommend Jim to anyone.

The whole process of a mortgage is extremely frustrating. Jim and his team were great. I wouldn't work with anyone else. He even showed up at closing and i don't think he had to. He also recommended a very good and nice realtor, she was great to work with too. I'd recommend the combination of the whole group to anyone.

mr Humphries made the process easy, stress free, and quick. everything went as planned, we had a little hiccup not at the fault of either he nor I, I had most of the information to get passed that and together with the other mr Humphries the closing went off as planned when planned.

Jim was recommended to us and did an excellent and persistent job of completing a complicated loan with the Veterans association. It became complicated because the IRS could not find our return papers for the previous year.
