I needed a cab on Monday to get to Johns Hopkins for an important medical procedure. After waiting for more than & no taxi I had to ask a neighbor for a ride.
My family and I booked two rides in advance to our weekend stay in Baltimore both upon arrival from the airport to our hotel and again to take us back. I created an account on their website and filled out all of the information needed for a minivan pick up for 4 people, including two children with car seats and several bags.
