My charge port in my iPad Pro was damaged and I took it to Simply Mac in Bend, they quoted me $450 to fix so I called Apple and told them I could not afford $450, was there anything they could do for me? The guy took my info and told me that my quote would come via email for me to open it and I had to agree to everything and they would send me a box to send it in, when I opened the email, I was to say the least, very unhappy, they wanted $835 for the repair! RecommendedNick helped me replace a screen about a year ago and was awesome! Recently I needed some help with some new phones and Lucas was super professional and a great help. I will not take my phones anywhere else to get fixed. The iPhone Guy is the only place to go in the Bend/Redmond area.
