These guys are awesome. My charge port in my iPad Pro was damaged and I took it to Simply Mac in Bend, they quoted me $450 to fix so I called Apple and told them I could not afford $450, was there anything they could do for me? The guy took my info and told me that my quote would come via email for me to open it and I had to agree to everything and they would send me a box to send it in, when I opened the email, I was to say the least, very unhappy, they wanted $835 for the repair! Nick helped me replace a screen about a year ago and was awesome! Recently I needed some help with some new phones and Lucas was super professional and a great help. I will not take my phones anywhere else to get fixed. The iPhone Guy is the only place to go in the Bend/Redmond area.
Just want to give a special thank you to The iPhone Guy! I scheduled an appointment to get my daughters iPhone fixed and he was able to troubleshoot for me from home! Gave me an easy fix and voila, the phone works again. So so thankful! Highly recommend his services!
