Ignores state and cdc recommendations and makes their own discriminatory policies. There was no sign indicating you had to wear a mask either or I wouldn’t have made an appointment with them. And far as their work goes, can’t say as I can’t wear a mask and they offered no other reasonable accommodations 🤷🏻♀️ I do know the place by the underpass/shell station on third st is 30% cheaper and did amazing work. So thank you for not helping someone who’s unable to wear a mask👏

Had you stated at all in the store you had a medical condition, this situation you started would have resulted in a much easier outcome then you made it out to be. You came in maskless, when we have a sign in the front door that states “Masks are required in store. Please don’t put up a fit, we just work here and some employees are higher risk. RecommendedVisiting the iPhone Guy was a good experience. I booked easily online for a battery replacement on my iPhone 7. It took only 20 minutes and they put a screen protector on for me as well. The price was the best I could find in town. And do your research because there is a lot of overcharging going on unfortunately. I don’t hesitate to recommend this business!

I purchased a phone from the iPhone Guy. He rated it an A and mentioned no flaws. When I turned it on at home it was obvious that it had screen burn. When contacted he admitted it had it and said it was my fault, even though he did not mention this issue at all. He begrudgingly took the phone back and then REFUSED to refund me. I had to open up a PayPal claim then dispute. He had his defective phone and my money in his possession for a month before PayPal did the right thing and refunded me. Verizon said I needed a new phone so I went and saw the I phone guy. Took him about three minutes to fix my phone at no cost. Can’t go wrong with that kind of service!
He didn't make fun of me that I drove 2 hours to get my screen replaced and it was only my protective cover that was cracked. Ha!!
I've been trying to get my phones back from him for days but the doors are closed and no communication. VERY frustrating!!!
