I ordered ceramic Christmas tree bulbs (the last set in stock) in February to fix the tree my grandmother made. A month later, the tracking number still said “pending acceptance” so I called and got hold of Megan. She looked and saw the same thing I had; the post office apparently ate the order. So she dug around in the warehouse, found some additional bulbs, and sent them to me priority. I had them in a week.
