As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions! Keli and Ciara never made us feel as though we had too many questions or were taking up too much time. I really liked the consistent communication and the weekly updates that we received. In addition, most of the required documents were requested from us at the beginning of the process, instead of requesting them piece by piece and delaying the process.
