Miles, or he came to be named "The Real Estate God" went above and beyond throughout the whole process of purchasing AND after closing. We were in a unique situation of not being in town to view houses in person, and Miles set up video walkthroughs for many homes we were interested in. He was always ready and willing to answer all the questions we had, even if we knew they were basic. Fully trust Miles before and after the buying process, and you should too!
Matt lives in my neighborhood and has a strong grasp of our local values and the great things about the area. His team marketed my home with beautiful photos and video. It sold in days and a good price. The team was in communication about pertinent items and all went very smpoothly.
