The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is plenty large and usually clean. Cleanliness could be a little better. I'm not sure how often my husband showers either. He usually argues against taking a shower, so maybe that's just him. I hoped the staff could convince him to shower, but it's really an unknown to me. They have treated [name removed] and us very well. I don't have anything bad to say about anyone there. They have worked hard to help us adjust to the circumstances. Would recommend the community to anyone who is looking for a memory care or assisted living facility.

They have done better than most other facilities I have dealt with in the recent past, however, their mgmt of medications seems not consistent and informing concerns to family/guardians can be lacking at times.

The entire staff at the Landing are phenomenal! [name removed], Activities Director has really done an excellent job lately in keeping the residents entertained. [name removed]goes above & beyond to ensure the residents are active & entertained! In the year that my father has been there as a resident, I have become very pleased with all of the improvements. Thank you to all the staff for taking such good care of my dad.

Honestly, this place is PHENOMENAL. 5+in EVERY category. It exceeds all of my expectations!!! [name removed] at the front desk is a delight! The staff is extremely knowledgeable about having patients with dementia. They are forever kind and understanding. The nursing staff as a whole is very patient and kind. They throw the most fabulous events once a month that include families. For instance, they had a Mother's Day tea and had everything decorated to the nines. Overall, I was happy with my mom's care. Like all facilities, they struggled at times with staffing. Some of the ratings of 4 were because I wasn't there enough to fully observe all the daily activities. They were great about adjusting her care and feeding as her condition deteriorated.

Overall 10 to above facets. However, my mom has since passed. The short time we spent at Landing was so positive and yet very atypical. We moved her things in and then she had an accident. At rehab at different facility she fell and entered Landing under hospice care for 4 days until she passed. Staff and hospice were exceptional!

They were very friendly and well my mom was not easy to deal with in those last days but they showed so much compassion and knowledge. Plus they sent hospice to Mom which was such a help. It was not an easy time but they were so helpful

The Landing is a beautiful facility and they were very accommodating on an emergency basis which helped a lot and the people were very friendly. We are unsure of the activities because our loved one was unable to participate. We would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.
