Our parents began meeting with representatives of The Langford over a year ago. In subsequent months both rates and projected opening dates kept changing. Our skepticism let to selection of another option. Thank goodness! They are now happily in place and under good care - while it appears still unclear when and whether this facility will open. Divergence from promises deserve transparent explanation. Regards
