RecommendedSome of the nicest staff I've ever encountered. As one would predict the level of research anxiety leading up to making such a huge decision the last thing anyone needs is an unfriendly face or a less than sensitive comment. You definitely will not find any of that here. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable, professional, accommodating and overall kind people. I would recommend this place to anyone considering Lasik.
Affordable, clean, professional, 7 minute surgery,PRK no pain = new vision
Great staff, great prices, great results (so far)! I had PRK last Saturday. They explained everything in detail and were honest about what I might expect as far as recovery and that my vision will likely regress several years from now. My prescription was -7 in one eye and -9 in the other, so pretty major! Just got home from my Day 5 checkup and I’m healing way ahead of schedule, vision already 20/30! Professional!! Above board
After a long 6 hour plane ride from Pennsylvania to San Jose California I was very excited to meet with Jakylin from the LASIK Institute in Oakland California to have LASIK on my eyes. My first visit to the office was underwhelming but that appears to be an aberration since on subsequent visits the staff were all charming and helpful. The procedure and aftercare were quick, efficient and professional and I am very satisfied with the results.
Both my husband and myself have been to the Lasik Institute on Oakport Street in Oakland. Highly recommended to go to this location. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Very reassuring people who calm down a very nervous person. They take the time to get to know you, and it really says something about a place where everyone takes the time to say hi and calls you by your name.
