Very disappointed with lasik vision institute. They have closed the Ft Myers location but do not show that on social media. In addition the company was bought out and they are not honoring the lifetime warranties for any patients that had the procedure done at a location that was not part of the buyout. So if you had warranty from a location (for example Tampa) which did not close and was part of the purchase your warranty still exists but if you had your procedure done (example ft myers) which was closed and not part of the... read more

The staff is knowledgeable and patient. The process was seamless and I’m very happy with the results so far. They took their time with me and allowed me to explore all of my options without any pressure.
The people are wonderful very supportive and make you feel comfortable I would definitely recommend this company to who ever is trying to have lasik done it’s truly amazing and changed my life.
