RecommendedEveryone at this location is simply amazing. The entire staff was friendly, informative and encouraging. During my procedure I had a lot of anxiety and the surgeon & her support were so patient working with me through it.
Unprofessional! Drove 45 minutes to get there. Arrived early. Was told I'd have a 30-minute wait due to a receptionist calling out. Had the wrong name even after correcting them 3 times and filling out paperwork. When called back was told, with an attitude, that I'd be there another 2-3 hours due to an emergency. Apparently, they have no process or policy to follow when this happens. The staff treats you like a piece of dirt on your shoe. I want to go place that will at least know your correct name and do the correct surgery... read more
After years of coming to this office, the wait time gets worse and worse every time. Currently 11:45 and my appointment was at 11. No updates have been given as to when I should expect to be seen.... not good practice. Actually just got an update as we speak, should be another 45 minutes to an hour, with no apologies! I don’t know if it is an issue with overbooking or staffing but this practice would never work in my clinic where we see upwards of 170 patients a day. Please choose this place carefully. 11 am appointment, I got there at 1045am to fill out paperwork, waited and watched others who came in 30-45 min after I did come in and fill out the same paperwork and within a few min they would get called back, I finally walked out after waiting till about 1220pm and never being called back. It's now 216pm and I still haven't gotten a phone call or anything. I'm pretty sure they still haven't gotten to calling my name yet, good thing I scheduled the appointment almost 2 weeks in advance... what a waste of time.
This place is a joke for just a consultation I waited like 3 hours just for a consultation never will I come back
Total bullshit,went for my free evaluation was told my eyes were okay for the procedure then come the day of my surgery the dr said he doesn't feel comfortable in doing the surgery,paid 136.00 for fucking eye drops I don't even need,missed a whole day work,just an total waste of my time
If you like to be treated like a cow in an assembly line, like to wait hours upon hours just for a consultation then this is the place to go
