I Have been getting My surgery date canceled since AUGUST. Now I’m asking for a refund, and they will not give it to me. Everyday is Always something new. Today they said they have no 3rd party billing that’s it’s fraud, when they were the ones that applied me to uportal. And still to this day I am still getting charged without getting the surgery done. Nobody ever answers the phone and everyone is clueless.
Unfortunately I feel like they are not professional. My boyfriend and I had surgery scheduled for yesterday on 8/28/20. We were scheduled to be there at 9am and live a couple hours away. We got up early and drove there and they were closed due to Covid. We aren’t upset they closed. We are living in a time right now where that is happening. We are upset we never got a phone call.
