From the moment I walked in, the staff, the medical personnel made me feel comfortable. Everyone was very informative and I felt comfortable with the decision I was making. The actual procedure went well and I was at 20/20 the next day! Best decision!
Contemplated LASIK for years, but had a hard time getting over the metal hurdles. I heard about them over the radio and that they gave free consults so decided to give them shot. Staff was extremely helpful and professional throughout the visit and I was in the chair within the week. Less than 24hrs out of surgery and I'm already seeing better than 20/20! Cant say enough about how the staff made me feel comfortable and helped me over my mental hurdles with the procedure.
Was there with my boyfriend. We had to come twice. They were beyond professional. Very friendly. Helped us find a pet friendly hotel for our second stay. Highly recomend when I get over my nerves I will be coming back to get mine taken care of.
Great place to get LASIK done. Great staff and really professional. Everything went really well. Super happy with my results and no longer needing contacts or glasses is amazing.

everything went so smoothly ! went for the consultation came back 2 weeks later ! little wait time and everyone was friendly and helpful! the procedure was quick and painless !! would highly recommend! I walked out of there seeing things I normally couldn't without glasses ! definitely a game changer!
From the beginning of my experience with The Lasik Vision Institute I recieved exceptional care. The staff treated me as a friend first, then patient. The doctors and staff were knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. I am currently two weeks post operation and seeing 20/15. It is amazing to think, after 15 years of contacts, it only took 15 mins in the OR to correct my vision. I'll never have to wear contacts again! 😍I highly recommend The Lasik Vision Institute in Lancaster, PA.
