RecommendedThe staff was incredibly professional and friendly from start to finish. The team was very thorough with my exam both pre-and post surgery. They took time to explain why I was a good candidate for the procedure and why my wife was not. The surgeon was able to tell where I had my initial surgery done 18 years ago by the type of cuts made with the old laser and discussed potential outcomes with that history. I was recommended here from a friend who saw better than 20/20. I had many complications, and when I say complications, I mean my eyes were really, really bad to the point I had to keep postponing my surgery due to various reasons. (My eyes were f@&$ up). Overall, my experience was really great. Dr. McKenzie was very jolly and informative. The whole team at lasik in Dallas was patient with me as I continue to have weekly follow ups for a month and a half until I was able to get my surgery done. Have had the best experience here! The staff is amazing and welcoming...I always feel incredibly taken care of as soon as I walk in the door. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Dr. Joseph and Dr. McKenzie are the BEST. I will recommend to all of my friends and family looking to improve their vision !
