Awesome staff and very fun atmosphere
I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place! The staff made it an amazing experience for me; from taking the time to explain everything in the free consultation to making sure I was comfortable during and after the procedure. I love going for check ups and seeing that the staff remembers me and treats me like family. I’m so glad I went with this company, I highly recommend the LVI! Ps. 2 days after my procedure my vision is already at 20/15!!
Amazing experience and staff!
left a review last month not recommending this location and said I would change my review if the problem got fixed when they forgot about appt. However, still cant recommend. Got my virtual evaluation done and was scheduled for the pre-op today (June 10), got a confirmation email that the appt was still confirmed, but when I showed up, door was locked and no one was there. Wasted my time and gas/money because no one on their team could send out an email to their patients or make a phone call that they're not opening now unti... read more
Scheduled a virtual appt at the beginning of May for this morning. Waited 4 hours past my appt with no call. Called to find out why and to reschedule, which I got thrown to the back of the line for a new appt, a month from now and the receptionist showed no interest that their specialists forgot the appt. Wanting to get it done before I leave Virginia in July, but don't see that happening at this place. I'll change my review if it actually does happen.
Great staff and so far great results. Highly recommend.
