After making an appointment and driving 3 hours for a consultation, I was informed in the parking lot the appointment had to be rescheduled. I have never been so disappointed in a medical facility !! Don’t waste your time with this office , there are better centers with much better customer service.
My eyesight is perfect. No complaints there. However the service provided before the surgery was HORRIBLE. There was no information on how to enter the building and when I arrived all doors were locked. Once I got in, I waited for 5 hours and was told it was due to scans, paperwork, and meeting with the surgeon. None of those things occurred. After waiting 4.5 hours, I had a woman who had just arrived go in for surgery before me. They tried to hide it from me by closing the door but I saw it happen anyway. Also, when I was d... read more
