Two years ago, I had LASIK surgery at the LASIK Vision Institute and I am still ecstatic over my results. I have worn glasses or contact lenses almost my entire life and had a pretty strong prescription plus astigmatism. I went to LVI and got a free evaluation and found out that I was a good candidate. They corrected my right (dominant) eye for distance and my left eye for close up vision. I thought it would be weird having this difference, but it works perfectly. The lasik procedure took about six or 7 minutes for both of my eyes. Not painful at all and the doctor was very nice . Great staff as well . Would definitely recommend .
I recommend this place to everyone I come in contact with who wear glasses they are very knowledgeable and make the environment welcoming its a no rush no force process

I’ve had nothing less than an amazing experience at The LASIK Vision Institute at both the Rockville and Vienna locations. My consult at the Rockville location was amazing. The team made me feel very welcome and answered all the questions I had. They made me feel as if I’d known them for years not just a few minutes. Definitely an at home feel. The staff at the Vienna location are great and super friendly. My eyes are good to go and overall I had a great experience. However, some details are left out of the initial process upfront. Be prepared for a 2.5 hour first appointment and the surgery day was almost 5. The day after is a short appointment but everyone comes at once so it’s whoever can get in line first to get checked.
