First of all, I LOVE my beautiful new apartment! the Smeg fridge is so cute & has plenty of space for everything I need + I really like the subway tile backsplash; it's attractive & will be so easy to keep clean. The glass enclosed rain shower really is luxurious, but most importantly there's great water presure, and plenty of hot water :) The Lawrence House team from the door staff, matience team, and property management have all been very welcoming and supportive. This has become a community hub for nearby residents. When friends and I want to get together and talk, we nearly almost always end up in the comfy chairs in the lobby, either sipping coffee from Heritage Outpost or drinks from Larry's. It's welcoming and comfortable. A equally good place for after-work libations or to talk to your insurance agent. Beautifully restored, so you get a feeling of Uptown's past grandeur. Definitely an asset to the area.
