RecommendedLove living at the lofts. It is so convenient and is in the heart of Pigeon Forge. The cozy apartment overlooks the Smoky Mountains ⛰. The Maintenance staff including Tina are on point and are super helpful. The property manager Macee is sweet and very reliable and understanding especially if your going through financial difficulties. Residents are super friendly but convenience is 🔑 . They need a few more amenities for residents but all in all great place to live. Cant beat it with water and internet/ cable included.
RecommendedPersonally recommend here, the location is perfect, it’s quiet, the people are very kind and the property managers/maintenance have always been helpful and on spot with whatever tenants need. The apartments themself are very nice too, definitely worth renting from the lofts.

RecommendedMoved here in August and I’m so happy in my little one bedroom! Being pet friendly was a huge plus, and I’m so excited for the dog park to be done. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The place isn’t quite done yet (I mean outside only) but it’s coming together so nice with all the landscaping they’re doing! Not related to the apartment, but I now live a 3 minute drive from work so I really can’t complain 😂

RecommendedI’ve been living here for about two months and the apartments are beautiful! The staff is friendly and helpful when needed. If you’re looking for a place to live I would definitely recommend the Lofts! Even my sweet babies love living here:)

Way too expensive for the area. The average pay in this community is sad and embarrassing.. no one can live in this area and survive !

Adam, we hate to see the negative recommendation especially since employer wages are out of our control. In regards to our rental rates we are lower than or equal to a majority of comparable complexes. Sorry again you feel this way.
