The overall experience was outstanding. The surgeon's attitude was very positive and his concern regarding my health was great. My experience was for multiple teeth abstractions and I felt no pain.
Dr Kim was friendly, thorough and willing to take time explaining my options. The staff is always friendy and curtious. His assistant for that day whose name starts with a "T" ( my apologies for my aged memory) was particularly pleasant to deal with and she obviously enjoyed her job. My only complaint with the MCOSD has to do with their scheduling. I first visited the Towson office for a consultation. I was directed to call and schedule my next appointment. Dr. Zoulis is SO fantastic and kind. My son, who is on the autism spectrum, was treated with so much respect and kindness in every single interaction. He had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and one day post-op he is without pain and eating like a champ. It’s amazing, please don’t hesitate when you’re in need of an oral surgeon!!!

I found that the office helpers were very friendly. When I met the doctor he was very clear with what he was going to do. Dr. Hyatt was friendly and discussed each thing that he was doing. I am pleased with his removing by tooth. A very good Doctor.

The time spent with Dr. Hyatt proved him to be pleasant and knowledgeable -- both very important when one has a serious dental problem. Dr. Hyatt also worked remarkably quickly and painlessly -- I love that painlessly. The instructions for after care were complete and reviewed with me carefully. I don't like having dental problems, but I could not be more satisfied with the people and the work.
