Let me start off by saying, on a scale from 1-10, I'm probably a 9.8 on the dental anxiety spectrum. Dr.Schwartz came HIGHLY recommend by a family member who has been a patient of Schwartz, but is also a dental professional herself and refers people to him. After reading his reviews and even a lot of other local dentist, I did decide to see him for my 4 impacted wisdom teeth extractions. Let me be clear, I AM NOT AN EASY PATIENT! Today I had to say Goodbye to my Wisdom Tooth #32 (Jewish name is #48) and Dr. Julius Hyatt was the one who performed this extraction. The whole procedure took about 5 minutes. It went so smooth and quick that I did not feel much at all. I still have a lot of teeth and when I need to remove more I will be back to this place, hoping that D. Hyatt will do it.

I was in a LOT of pain pretty much the entire weekend. I had an emergency appt earlier today, and they did say that I could have up to an hour wait time. I was seen pretty quickly, and not only was the Doctor’s assistant wonderful, but Dr. Schwartz and his team made me feel so comfortable. I felt absolutely no pain while getting local anaesthesia administered, and it was the first relief I had had since Saturday when this whole awful thing started. I went yesterday to get my tooth pulled because of an abcess and a bad tooth. I was told by my dentist to go to Dr. Michael Schwartz at this practice. The experience from the first call to the last of Dr. Schwartz asking how I was feeling was wonderful. From the beginning I explained my fears of such a low tolerance of pain. We love Dr. Hyatt and the whole team at Maryland Center for Oral Surgery and Dental Implants! My daughter has severe dental anxiety and was visibly upset about being there, but everyone was so kind and patient with her. Dr. Hyatt reassured her and had her laughing before he even started the procedure. My son had extractions with Dr. Hyatt last year and he told my daughter that, "Dr. Hyatt is the bomb dot com!" I had extraction recently by Dr. Arul Selvaraj. He is so nice and kind. I did not feel any pain during surgery and it was finished within few minutes. Dr. Arul Selvaraj genuinley care about his patient. All staffs are kind and polite and excellent in their job.
