I arrived at The Meadows scared and broken this December 2022 for the 45 day program at the Willow House. My experience there was so traumatic and disturbing that I had to leave after just one week. Amazing programming but most of it is unavailable on weekends. Note there is no psychiatrist on the property at all times, though I was told they oversee other prescribing physicians. I went to the meadows for eating disorder. They put me in a group with drug additions. I lost my baby to someone on drugs so it wasn't a good fit. I had to fight to get people to realize what I was there for and then they gave me a feelings chart and told me to sit by myself, eat and document how I felt. Isolated and alone??
