Verified Renter The staff here (Russell, Manuel, Bernice, ETC) are all very nice and helpful with whatever we need. The building is always clean and up to date. The other residents are friendly, it’s just such a great place to live!

I am particularly impressed with how prompt service is whenever I have a concern. Safety was a priority of mine when moving and I appreciate how secure the building feels. I was especially impressed with the cleanliness of my apartment when I moved in. I am so thankful for the Metropolitan and love living here!
Verified Renter I love being a Metropolitan resident! It is a great building. Russell, Emmanuel, and Bernice are amazing and my faves! :) The dog park is fun for my dog and I love the vending machine.
