Jeff Miksta was able to make this a smooth process by finding my best forms of communication and giving me great feedback on getting through all the paperwork. This was such a smooth process, especially during a time of crazy high interest rates.
The great news is there were no issues and the transaction closed early. I'm sure it was a little different type of transaction although I would have liked more direct communication as I'm used to with my preferred lender.
