I thought Jeff Miksta was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had through the refinancing process. The process was fairly easy and went smoothly, just as with signing documents online and with setting up being able to close at our house with the notary (45 min), rather than going to an office somewhere and having to take a half day off of work to do so.

Loan broker is professional and experienced. Rest of his team is efficient and excellent too. Software to send documents is wonderful, secured and easy. Loan rate is very competitive. Title company handled the escrow is very good also. All and all , a very good experience. I would recommend highly VIP Mortgage to people who need mortgage loan.
