Your underwriter wanted a ridiculous amount of data during the last week of the process after I told you exactly how I was going to fund the down payment. Preface: Buyer came to me with this lender in place and lender and buyer knew the property they wanted me to write when they called me. Jeff threw me under the bus to my clients for condo ownership ratios being off. The buyer was using a conventional loan product so it didn't cross my mind that this could be an issue.
