Both my wife and I recently got married at Bella Springs and I can honestly say we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Besides the obvious beauty and tranquil atmosphere this venue option offers an affordable price with a helpful hand. We found that inside the venue hall as well as in and around the ceremony site there is adequate space to fill all of ones family and friends. Exactly what I dreamed of! Beautiful, majestic, and tons of country elegance! Though the best part was Deanna(GM)- she was the one who made it come true! She was absolutely amazing! She agreed to let us have our wedding a week before BS was originally going to open, and she made sure everything was done! She took all my stresses away!
I had to approach the manager at least 10 times. Out of those 10 times she would mention “it wasn’t part of your contract” I would have to bring up the contract every time! There was blood on the floor where the guest walked in from. I will be leaving my reviews everywhere I can and I will tell everyone I know on social media when they ask where I got married. Beautiful place with small Septic tank that flooded the bathrooms, kitchen n bar areas! Sewer water all over! Kristin was mopping! Bride should get a refund for her RUIN wedding day!
Unfortunately our wedding had to be moved last minute due to flooding over low lying stretches of road. We were forced to evacuate only an hour and a half before the ceremony start time. Even though we were not able to have our wedding ceremony or reception at the location, the Milestone of Boerne will not refund our venue fee. They had no plan for what to do in case flooding made the only road leading there inaccessible, even though we had asked months prior what their plan was in case that were to happen. I want to start out by saying that I absolutely loved the venue, it was beautiful and would recommend it to others however I want to caution fellow brides about the management staff to ensure proper expectations if you are considering this venue. After the initial tour conducted by the property manager, Olivia, it was difficult to get a hold of her, when we went in to sign our contract a different staff member helped us. Everything beautiful. Ac went out out during the reception tho. Everyone complained and it was super hot. We were really mad that no one was able to turn it back on. The manager had left. It was a disaster with the heat in there. Other than that the venue was good
Honestly? The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. It was EXACTLY what we were looking for. However, management has gone a little downhill. It started when we were trying to get a final payment amount. The told my husband we owed $2100, which, even with missing two half payments, we knew was not correct. After 3 or 4 phone calls, we FINALLY got our actual amount owed was more around $800. That's a huge difference. Fast forward to the date of our wedding.... The venue is beautiful. However, know that if anything goes wrong you are dealing with a huge chain of corporate venues and you have no rights. Less than two weeks after signing and making our deposit the newspaper reported Bella Springs neighbor had been shooting and playing loud music during peoples' outdoor weddings.
