I filled out the form on the website and received an email back almost instantly (this was just past midnight). The response was fairly automated, but did provide very valuable information. I responded the next day inquiring about touring Bella Springs and we got a reply from the assistant manager "Liv" (who is now the manager). Bella Springs is one of the most gorgeous venues I have ever seen in my life. The staff was great to work with and responded to my emails and questions very quickly. There is all of the tables and chairs that you would need but unfortunately they do not have any l Iinens. There is WiFi that is available to the guests and surprisingly I saw many people using it. Bella Springs in Boerne TX, is such a beautiful and a perfect place to get married and have your reception. I am so glad I found Bella Springs. My husband and I had our perfect dream wedding here few weeks ago. The venue was amazing and they were really easy to get a hold of with questions. Olivia is also awesome. Since we booked the venue 2 years in advance we got to use the venue the night before for set up and rehearsal. I had gotten a call from one of the groomsman having problems checking into the hotel because i forgot to give him a form and she let me use her computer to get the form sent to the hotel. i would highly recommend them to anyone, even with the high price tag because it is very much worth it.
Bella springs was beyond anything I expected!! They truly made my wedding day the best day of my life! The day before we had the opportunity to set up and because of traffic and all kinds of other stuff we were late! Bella Springs started setting everything up for us which really helped a lot! The day of the wedding anything i needed they were right there front and center no questions asked. There are no words to explain how thankful my husband and I were for Bella springs! Bella Springs and their staff were incredibly clear about what they offer and their prices were very inclusive. The venue is beautifully kept and the staff works hard to keep it that way. We liked that it had a space for the ceremony and reception in the same area, easily accessible to each other, which was especially helpful for guests who had a difficult time walking. Deanna did a great job helping us book the venue and keeping us on track until the big day! Olivia was amazing the day of coordinating this team is a delight! My husband and I could not have asked for a better venue and team!
The day of the wedding went very smooth. i reccomend working with good venodrs that you know are good to help make the day as smooth as you can. Deanna was awesome and really made the day go perfect!
