Tony kept us informed, call us every Tuesday, helped us get the loan we wanted with the down payment we were comfortable with. We tried using the builders mortgage company to save closing costs, but it wasn't worth it. We go a better deal with Gulfside taking everything into account. Highly recommend Tony and his staff.
