The communication was good but the answers were some what not clear. Wish that things went a little smoother. They never adjusted the mortgage for us. But due to the circumstances of Covid we felt is why things went the way they did. A few mistakes were made which made it stressful all around. We like the fact that your office was in Venice which we could drive to and get things done in person.
