From the beginning Tony immediately recognized what we wanted to accomplish, laid out our options, helped us determine the optimal path, and communicated progress along the way. His team in particular Terri jumped on our project and stayed on it until it was done. Our loan was in underwriting within a week and we closed in 2 weeks start to finish. Laurie was the best, she responded immediately even during the holidays, it was obvious she was willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything went as planned, even with the holiday delays.
