Dana Wentworth was a big help in keeping us informed, Chris and Amy were also a big help and did an awesome job of explaining situations that we did not understand. Even though this was not our best experience, most of the problems came from seller and 3rd parties not completing the assigned task in a timely manner. But Chris, Amy and Dana did everything to keep things moving!
