The customer had another lender that let them down and we needed someone to take the ball and run quickly. This was not our customer but the buyer of one of our homes so we told his agent to call Chris. We were under a strict time frame and they not only stayed in touch constantly but pushed to get it done on time! We really appreciated the updates!

These were tough times to secure a mortgage. There were additional steps that were a little frustrating for someone in my situation, high credit score and cash on hand, but we worked through it and everything worked out.
