Jenn was friendly and helpful. She knows the area well and gave us good advice on preparing the home for sale, choosing the right buyer from our offers and answering any and all questions in a timely manner. TWO PROPERTIES ABOVE ASKING PRICE - Sold in one year. We obviously decided to go back to Neal and his incredible team after dealing with them on the first sale last year. We are glad we did because the second property got at least 12 offers within the first week. We were able to sell this second property without having to leave our home in Palm Springs.
