Charged with $90 No Show Fee. I have proof I was where I was told to be from last email Sunday 4/10. (Prior to this last email I was going the office) Emailed said I was to have a Telemedicine appt w/Dr.Warner. I logged on at 9:40-appointment at 10. At 10:14 (still waiting for Dr Warner in the Telemedicine) I received a message from Armeshia Lawrence with a link. I message to her I was waiting in the Telemed. I waited for response-at 10:26 I called the office to find out what was going on. I was told I needed to click on the... read more
Please save yourself the time and trouble and do NOT go to this place for mental health care! They lack compassion and will treat you like someone on probation who committed a crime. They take zero interest in your personal situation and what you may be going through. They will look down on you for being mentally ill and treat you without respect. You will walk out of there feeling less like a human being and lose faith in human kindness and lose faith that anyone will ever treat you with respect ever again. You will walk ou... read more
Was scheduled on January 7, I received a follow up call for a reminder. It stated you have a appointment on January 7th at 7:30 am. I called and spoke to a lady name Stephanie, she stated that was correct and that someone would be there. Upon arriving no cars, office lights where off . I tried opening the door it was locked,I knocked. No answer. I called the clinic number again and spoke to Stephanie again, she told me to wait there. At 8:00 the front desk clerk arrived.I told her I had appointment at 7:30 I showed her the vo... read more
Business response:
We apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding there might have been with staff. The only way any patient's chart would have been closed is if upon initial evaluation, the in-house Urine Drug Screen showed illicit substances or meds the patient wasn't being prescribed. Dr. Warner would have reviewed the chart as he does with all cases within the practice that he doesn't do the initial evaluation himself. There would absolutely have to be a legitimate reason to close the chart.
First the office staff was very rude and unprofessional. Then in the room with the doctor he seemed more concerned about his phone and what was going on with his family versus listening to our concerns with my daughter. Then after expressing what happened with his office staff, he calls up to the front and starts yelling at them in front of us. They also made an appointment for my daughter without telling me and when we don’t show up get charged for a no show fee for an appointment I did not even make. Would not recommend th... read more
Business response:
Doctor's have personal lives and I apologize with what might have been going on that day. Notwithstanding an emergency, I tend not to even have my mobile phone with me. I did call the front office on speakerphone with you present to field your concerns as you were upset and perhaps I shouldn't have attempted to address your concerns as you demanded to have a resolution, no-win situation. Day in and day out dealing with difficult patients and staff can be tough on doctors and we are human.
Shouted and staff while entering room and then at me. Extremely unprofessional. Only took about 3 minutes in office and did not answer questions I had about my medications. Will not be returning.
The most unprofessional visit we have ever received. The "doctor" never once made eye contact, didn't listen, and cussed his staff in front of us then had the audacity to charge $900 for a drug test. We have tried calling to cancel an appointment for a week prior and can NOT get in touch with the office. Then they want to charge $90 fee for calcelation. No option to leave a message, no email, our pharmacy could not even get in touch. Would NEVER recommend his services.
Business response:
Your claims are false. I have a 24 hr answering service whereas many of my colleagues dont. I may have raised my voice but didnt 'cuss' my staff. I didn't charge you but rather that was the pre contracted rate for outside independent confirmation and you were told to call if you ever had concerns. My wabsute has an email. Yoir pharmacy doesnt call but sends faxes and you were told to call if problems with pharnacy. You agreed to my no show policy but apparently angry it was enforced. Untruths.
Doesn't seem to care about anything but making money. Put me on a medication that sent me into horrible panic attacks. After doing research I found out that it causes this side effect with slot of people but he claimed not to have ever heard of this. He also cusses at his staff. definitely has some anger issues. Texts during appointment and doesn't listen. I will be going back one more time and will review about next experience to see if it's any better.
Business response:
If your experience was so horrible as to take the time to embellish and or make false allegations why did you make another appointment.. I might have raised my voice but did not cuss my staff. I presume it went well presumably as there is no followup post. Any human being could not be having the best day but I continue to treat thousands of patients in my practice and half over a decade and they express satisfaction. I'm not sure what your true agenda is or how I might be able to serve you.
Dr. Warner is not very personable. I had been sitting in front of him for a good 10 mins until he even acknowledged my presence.
Business response:
I typically introduce myself to my patients immediately. There might have been something in your chart i.e. something in your Urine Drug Screen or some other matter that raised my attention I was reviewing in your chart. It might have seemed like 10 minutes but that is a considerable amount of time. I would probably think 5 minutes or less but if I didn't say hello immediately then my sincerest apology is something in your chart caught my immediate attention.
