Being relatively new to the area, I didn't know where to go for a replacement awning that covers our patio. I chose Oshkosh Tent & Awning (OTA) based on their reputation. A few days later, a crew showed up, took measurements and made worthwhile recommendations. Next, I went to OTA's place-of-business, where I met Michelle. What a pro! We had specific colors and patterns for our awning (HOA requirements) and for Michelle, it was no big deal. A couple of weeks later, the same crew re-appeared and presto! My dog ripped a hole in my tent close to the zipper and you guys got it fixed it looks great and was a very quick repair.
