Dr Robbins professionalism and empathetic approach clearly make him one of the best in his trade. He is a profesional with excellent bedside manners who kept me well informed during my treatment, answered all my questions with no rush and exceeded my expectations. The Paley Orthopedic & Spine Institute facility was clean, well staffed, and an excellent experience that will recommend to local and international patients seeking cutting edge orthopedic treatments.
Cant say enough about Dr Robbins and his team at the Paley Institute. My 10 year old came to the office with a small break in her arm and left with a huge smile and new "friend," Dr Robbins. He took the time to listen to her and explain everything so that she wasn't nervous. He also allowed me to ask many questions and I never felt rushed. Wish every doctor/facility was as professional, helpful, efficient, punctual, and nice as this office.
Our family can’t say enough about Dr. Robbins. The care he gives a patient is above and beyond. He gets to know his patients and gives honest information about surgery including potential complications. From the first office visit through surgery he took great care of our son. His staff is also amazing! We are very thankful for the Paley institute!
Dr Robbins and the Paley Institute has been amazing. I wish every doctor and facility/hospital was as professional, helpful, and nice as them. Nothing but positive things to say for an amazing experience.
My daughter has been under Dr Robbins care for almost a decade. I wouldn’t trust her with anyone else. Not just a great doc but a great guy. Always a pleasure to see him. He leaves us Feeling confident and reassured. Thanks doc!
Today I had an appointment today for my son. I had him do the check in online prior to the visit and I am soooo glad that I did. We arrived few minutes after our appointment time and we were out in about an hour. Not only was the appointment a success but a smooth one as well. I look forward to my next visit.
Dr. Robbins co-performed a difficult three hour surgery on my child in 2017 at the Paley Institute. Dr. Robbins is exceptional. My accolades on him are: impressive surgical skill from a quality as well as aesthetic point of view, team approach, great energy, patient, understanding, listening, respectful, compassionate. He shows value in children before and post surgery. Dr. Robbins answered all the questions my child and I had. My child and I trust him and highly recommend him.
Dr. Robbins is a true professional and master of his trade.
Dr Robbins has the perfect balance of brevity (doesn’t not waste my time or his), active listening (happy to listen to concerns and address them), connection with the patient (perfect approach to my teenage son), and reassuring confidence (not blustery and/or cocky). This is just the beginning of a 6-month process, but the first critical milestone (the surgery) has been a success.
