RecommendedI was referred to the Perico group by my dentist. Everyone that I interacted with were very helpful and couldn’t be more helpful in trying to make the visit as calming and relaxing as possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I recently had a minor surgery to repair a defect. Other than a 20 minute long wait in the waiting room after my initial appointment time, I had a wonderful experience. My dentist and the technician communicated wonderfully both with each other and with me, detailing everything that was going to happen. They both seemed interested in figuring out what was wrong, telling me about it, and fixing it. They acted like they wanted to be at work. I usually don’t review but our experience was great (albeit expensive, but I imagine that’s similar anywhere). My teen saw Dr. Sterio for an uncomfortable procedure and he was upbeat, kind, and encouraging throughout. My other two positive experiences won’t affect most people, but they mattered a lot to us. First, my child is trans and misgendering causes great anxiety. The staff correctly gendered them the whole time and it really helped. I drive from Cape Cod to Perico in Swampscott, because the experience that Dr. Wise and his team have is the best around.
I have had 2 soft tissue grafts and the staff is professional, personable, and attentive. I moved to the north shore and still plan to come in every quarter because I’m so pleased with the care I receive at Perico, and very much trust the professionals there (all of them, in every function). They also take care to accommodate my schedule which is particularly important to me.
The Perico Group is very professional , kind and they listen. I have never had any issues, very responsive. I would recommend them to everyone that needs their services. Five stars for sure .
