The tour guide was informative, courteous, and very positive about the place. It was sort of quiet because it was a Sunday afternoon. The staff was also polite, accommodating, and responsive to questions. I only had two concerns - there was an odor throughout the complex that reminded me of being in a nursing home. It was quite prominent and noticed as soon as I walked in the building.
