It began with the friendly valet gentleman that parked our car! When I walked in and saw my welcoming sign, I felt like I was an important person! Naomi was our tour guide! She was warm, friendly and spoke to me as if I were family, instantly making me feel comfortable and at ease with thinking about making Piedmont my future home! We had a great experience with Britany showing us around. We have a lot of considerations to go into but we are interested. It just will take us some time to work things out. The tour guide was informative, courteous, and very positive about the place. It was sort of quiet because it was a Sunday afternoon. The staff was also polite, accommodating, and responsive to questions. I only had two concerns - there was an odor throughout the complex that reminded me of being in a nursing home. It was quite prominent and noticed as soon as I walked in the building.
