I was very impressed with the staff and team at Edgemere. Just had a feeling they loved their jobs and were committed to the residents. The entire campus is beautiful and everyone was incredibly friendly.
The staff at Edgemere were wonderful in helping my Mom feel welcome. They have designated resident ambassadors that helped get her familiarized with the schedule, invite her to activities as well as meet other residents. The staff are engaged snd it was obvious that they really had a passion for caring. Within two days the day and evening staff knew her by her first name was pretty remarkable. They jumped through hoops to accommodate me, providing outstanding care and support every step of the way. I am incredibly grateful for all they do to help me maintain my independence. It's a great community that continuously evolves based on the members of the community. The staff is so warm and caring...they really know what they are doing. I don't think there is a better facility out there.
The Plaza at Edgemere is a great place! Staff is very helpful and friendly. Adam does an amazing job with the food and restaurants. It has everything a person could want. A beauty salon. A ride to church. Great food. Fun activities. Happy hour. And the building, art and gardens are truly beautiful.
The place is beautiful. A duck pond lush grounds extravagant art everywhere. Architecture is European and the landscaping and common outside areas are amazing. It has everything available for me that I need. The food is fantastic. The employees are all very friendly. I get a ride to church every week. I get my hair and nails done on premise at the salon. He had a wonderful experience with the skilled nursing care received. The facilities and food are excellent. And the staff was both professional and caring! I was kept informed on his progress and appreciated the efforts made to resolve the few concerns I had.
My parents are super happy. The community - the staff and other residents are so warm and wonderful. They are very welcoming. The residents are treated like guests - they are never called patients and they are never spoken down too. They are like customers. There is a real opportunity to be part of the community - to get your voice heard and to make immediate changes.
