Nolan did everything and MORE !! He literally made our tour so much easier and faster. He did amazing and I'm so happy we got Nolan as our guide , so ready to get this apartment !

Traveled from out of town with my son to visit as he's looking to find a place for the upcoming school year, can't praise the Preserve team enough! The leasing agents were knowledgeable and friendly and amenities and model were nice as well. Top tier staff and definitely at the top of the list for my son.

I have lived here for the past year and a half now. I have nothing but good things to say about this property. Everything that is usually wrong with college apartments, is not wrong here. When I moved into my apartment, everything was scrubbed down even down to the baseboards. It was basically like I was walking into a brand new apartment. I have lived here over a year. I had an easy move in. The staff are friendly and work hard to solve any issues you may run into. Maintenance is quick!

Great price , really friendly staff, very quiet and peaceful i absolutely love it there
So move in 2023 we paid a full month of rent but didn't get to move in until August 15th. We were told they were cleaning and painting the apartment was the reason for the delay....moving day came and the apartment was disgusting and not cleaned or painted. They had a total of three different managers during the year I was there. I would high recommend that you stay somewhere else. I stayed here for just under three years. Be prepared to be charged close to a $1000 dollars on your move out date for scam like charges. I was charged for window blinds that weren't damaged at all, 4 different cleaning fees after having it professionally cleaned by a cleaning service. It's a fine place to live if you have no other choice.
I would not recommend this apartment complex. The apartment are wayyyy overpriced. But let's for get that the issue is management since I've lived there (2 years) they have had 3 management changes if that tells you something. You have to hound them for help and talk to them like children. Do not be fooled by the pretty outside once you are in the real nastiness comes out. You will have a better time staying literally anywhere else.
