Verified Renter I have been living here for several years and think it's the best apartment building in Chicago. Very convenient with easy access to Mariano, pharmacies and other necessities, which is especially important during this pandemic time.

Verified Renter The building is amazing, great amenities and very clean. It is not all 20somethings partying at all hours and is geared towards working adults or families which is what I wanted. I hope it contintues to be a real community.

Worst attention to serious issues From the very first day we moved in, we had constant problems with hot water. Turn on the hot water, and cold water came out. Wait 15–20 minutes, and maybe you’d finally get something warm enough to shower with. At night, hot water often didn’t exist at all. During the winter, taking a shower—or even washing your hands with warm water—became a game of chance.
